The MX-23 is the most forgiving iron available. Mizuno engineers produced the Mizuno MX 23 irons to have an even lower, deeper center of gravity and larger sweet area. This is achieved by milling the pocket cavity both wider and longer moving critical weight down and away from the club face for an easy launch and improved playability. No other iron can offer the game improvement technology while maintaining the solid, soft feel that only comes from a Mizuno Grain Flow Forged iron.
MX-23 allows players of all abilities to experience the solid, soft feeling of a forged iron. A pocket cavity design delivers a Dual T-Zoid Power Bar for a deeper center of gravity making the clubs extremely easy to hit. Grain Flow Forged 1035 select mild carbon steel for solid, soft feel with reengineered back cavity adds mass behind the hitting area for greater feel. Durable double nickel chrome plated with mirror satin finish provides durability and eliminates glare and modified U-Grooves produce the ideal spin rate for maximum playability in all conditions. There is also a triple cut sole design for consistent playability from all types of lies.
