Ping Anser Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Golf Putter

Arguably one of the most iconic and revolutionary pieces of golf equipment ever created is the Anser putter and to celebrate 50 years since the original model was produced Ping have created the Anser Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Putter. This isn't just any limited edition piece though, this Anser Putter has been made from the original moulds, assembled with components made in the U.S.A, and each of the 1550 putters has been hand ground by Ping Chairman and CEO John Solheim, just as he did 50 years ago in his family's garage.
The Anser Putter was produced from one of two original molds. The first was machined by Karsten; the second, which is slightly different, was machined by his son Allan, and is occasionally referred to as the "slope-side mold". The radiuses on both of these hand-machined tools were hand-finished with file and sand paper by Karsten.
The original putters were built from components produced by four US manufacturers: East Bay Brass Foundry, of Richmond California; True Temper Sports, of Emory, Mississippi; Golf Pride, of Southern Pines, North Carolina, now a division of Eaton Corporation; and 3M of St. Paul, Minnesota. The 50th Anniversary Model is made of components produced in the U.S.A by those same companies. East Bay used the original 1966 Anser tooling to produce the sand-cast heads. True Temper supplied the high-step shaft and Golf Pride molded the Ping PP58 grip, both of which were designs used in the original model. 3M is, and was, the manufacturer of the grip tape.
Inkeeping with Ping's philosophy and commitment to continuous improvement, these 50th Anniversary Anser Putters feature unique tungsten heel and toe weights incorporated into the iconic Anser heads, which have been precisely milled to produce outstanding lines and look.
Each putter comes in a commemorative presentation box with a superb leather headcover and certificate of authenticity personally signed by John Solheim.

Ping Cadence TR Anser 2 Adjustable Putter

Engineered to fit a golfer's stroke tempo and swing preference, the new Ping Cadence TR™ Putter range advances putter fitting utilising different weight inserts to vary the head weight. Traditional-weight heads in the Cadence range feature an aluminum insert (blue face and grip) suiting mid-to-faster tempos, and offer help with lag putting, whereas the Heavy versions (black face and grip) have a stainless steel insert, adding approximately 25 grams for slower tempos and can improve results on shorter putts. (Traditional and heavy grips weigh the same.) Both Cadence TR™ face inserts feature the next generation of 'True Roll Technology' grooves providing maximum forgiveness by normalizing ball speeds across the face. The grooves vary in depth and width from the center of the face to significantly improve ball-speed consistency on putts of any length. Models of the Ping Cadence TR™ putter are available to fit any stroke type, and all feature a black PVD finish and white alignment lines. Optional adjustable-length shafts range from 31" to 38". The Anser 2 (CB) counter-balanced model is available only in a 400g traditional head. The Ping Cadence TR™ Anser 2 Putter suits any golfer with a slight arc putting stroke. The head for the traditional weight version comes in at 340g while the 'Heavy' version weighs 365g perfect for anyone with a slower tempo stroke. All Cadence TR™ putters feature a slightly thicker Ping PP58 midsize grip that has been specifically designed to feel better and eliminate any excess movement through the shot.

Ping G Crossover Golf Iron Hybird

The Ping G Crossover is a new innovation combining the precision, workability and control of an iron with the speed, distance and forgiveness of a hybrid. Featuring the same tiered internal sole that engages the entire clubface, sole and top line in flexing to deliver maximum distance. The Crossover is not a driving iron, it's so much more than that, more forgiving, higher launching and more versatile.
Just like the Ping G Hybrid the new Ping Crossover generates ultra-fast ball speeds by utilising an innovative new tiered internal sole structure that allows the iron-style Carpenter 455 VFT steel face to flex, the advantage of the new Carpenter 455 VFT face is that it can be precision machined thinner to increase flex at impact for increased distance.
Extreme toe weighting in the Crossover positions the CG low and back, expanding the perimeter weighting for increased MOI, delivering hybrid like forgiveness for maximum distance and improved accuracy.

Ping G Fairway Wood

Ping G Fairway Wood

Getting the ball in the air with fairway woods can be difficult, not with the latest Ping G Fairway Wood. The new design features a lower leading edge that helps slide the clubface underneath the ball, allowing impact to happen higher up on the face for improved striking and better distance. Ping have also introduced their thinnest crown ever in a fairway wood, allowing for a low-back CG resulting in a club that offers players high launch, low-spin with incredible forgiveness.
The lower leading edge design of the G Fairway sits the club closer to the ground raising the impact position on the face, compared to the G30 the impact occurs 12% higher on the face helping get the ball airbourne much easier from all lies.
Just like the Ping G30 fairway wood the new G fairway features Turbulator Technology on the crown, reducing aerodynamic drag in flight by significantly delaying airflow separation. The major difference is the G fairway has a 25% thinner crown, a 7g weight saving over the previous model, this weight saving is strategically relocated to move the CG lower and back in the head making it easier to launch the ball high.
Pings engineers have developed a new Carpenter 455 VFT steel face for the G fairway wood, 25% stronger than 17-4SS it allows for a thinner variable face thickness, increasing face flex at impact, delivering higher ball speeds and the optimum combination of high launch with low-spin.
The Ping G series fairway woods are available in three models, the G (Std) is great for the majority of golfers, the G SF TEC (Straight-Flight Technology) model has a CG closer to the heel to provide right-to-left spin (for right-handed golfers) helping to eliminate that fade shot, and finally the G Stretch, engineered to increase your distance off the tee and on shots into the green with its larger head, slightly forward CG, 13º loft, and lower spin.
The G Series fairways also allow you to optimise your launch to suit course conditions with Trajectory Tuning 2.0 technology, adjusting the loft up to ±1° utilising a lightweight, aerodynamic, high-strength 7075 aluminum hosel sleeve.

Ping G Golf Driver

Faster, longer, extremely forgiving, and more stable with every swing, it's the new Ping G Driver. The additions of revolutionary Vortec & Dragonfly technologies and improved Turbulator technology make the G driver the longest, most forgiving driver Ping have ever created.
Using a process called biomimicry, it allowed Ping's engineers to analyse the intricate wing pattern of the dragonfly helping to design ultra-thin crown sections the thickness of just 3 pieces of paper, the 8g of discretionary weight saved using this crown pattern has been strategically placed low and deep in the head to deliver extreme CG and maximum MOI for high launch/low spin characteristics.
Vortec technology, another new feature of the G driver that can be seen on the back of the Ti-8-1-1 head, it works in combination with improved Turbulator technology to help reduce turbulent wake at the back of the clubhead and improve the clubs aerodynamics during the downswing for faster clubhead speed, Vortec actually reduces drag by 37% at impact. the result is improved stability and forgiveness, helping to generate greater distance and accuracy gains from all swing speeds.
The G Driver is available in three models to fit your unique swing the G (std) great for the majority of golfers, G SF Tec (Straight-Flight Technology) is an excellent choice for those wanting to eliminate a fade from their game, and the G LS Tec (Low-Spin Technology) perfect for the better player wanting a low spinning driver. Each one allows you to fine tune your launch conditions by adjusting the loft up to ±1° using Trajectory Tuning 2.0, which utilises a lightweight, aerodynamic, high-strength 7075 aluminum hosel sleeve.

Ping G30 Golf Driver

Faster Goes Further With Turbulator Technology

The Ping G30 Driver is a club designed by pros, for anyone! An emphasis on speed with no sacrifice in performance is what sets the Ping G30 Driver apart from other drivers, so if you're after a driver that allows you to generate faster club head speed and ball velocity for longer drives, this is it.

Turbulator technology is the key component in the G30. Inspired by the design of plane wings and cycling helmets, their aim is to improve the clubs aerodynamics and reduce drag. Wind tunnel testing shows an increase of 1 mph in clubhead speed, resulting in a 2-3 yard distance increase for the average golfer. As well as improving performance, the turbulators also serve as an alignment aid to clearly frame the ball and improve focus.

The standard shaft for the G30 is the TFC 419D high-balance-point shaft, which puts CG closer to the grip end. This allows for a heavier head and a sweeter ball strike.

Another reason you will be able to achieve excellent distance with this fairway is because the face is made from Carpenter 425 steel and of a uniform-thickness. This creates a thin but exceptionally strong hitting surface which transfers maximum energy to the ball. This type of steel is much stronger than 17-4 steel, and contributes toward this being one of the most powerful fairways money can buy.

Like the Ping G30 Driver, the G30 Fairway Woods also features an adjustable hosel. This lightweight hosel design is engineered to offer a lot of adjustability for the user without sacrificing any performance. Overall, the G30 Fairway Woods is a fairway club that you can rely on, no matter your handicap or skill level.

Ping G30 Golf Hybrid

The Future Of Fast

The new Ping G30 Hybrid is a fully featured club that is engineered to offer you the utmost performance. Heat-treated and crafted from 17-4 stainless steel the club's face is designed for faster ball speeds and long distance, providing the confidence to strike the ball and attack pins from distance.

Replacing the G25 was no easy task, but the Ping G30 builds on the previous model with refined engineering.  As with the G25, the G30 from internal weight pads for perimeter heel-toe weighting, and the G30 has a large weight in the sole to create low-back CG for consistent impact. New to this range is the TFC 419H high-balance-point shaft, which results in more momentum and inertia to generate greater distance and accuracy.

Ideal for tee, fairway, rough, and sand play, the Ping G30 Hybrid is designed all levels of golfers will benefit from the performance-engineered play that this hybrid allows. The progressive CG locations mean that efficient gapping and trajectories can be achieved.

Ping G30 Golf Irons

Ping G30 Iron The new Ping G30 Irons offer added distance, forgiveness and high launch, enabling you to hit the ball farther and launch it higher, meaning you can attack the pin from anywhere, PING engineers have created a long, forgiving design with exceptional feel and distance control while maintaining a sleeker profile.

The G30's progressive lengths and lofts, thinner top lines and moderate offset will appeal to golfers of all abilities, and are the key to achieving a higher max ball flight to provide the ultimate stopping power needed for low scoring.

As with the G25, the new G30 irons feature a repositioned Custom Tuning Port (CTP). By lowering the CTP and aligning it directly with the impact area, weight was saved and redistributed to position the center of gravity for easy launch and expand the perimeter weighting to ensure forgiveness.

The Custom Tuning Port (CTP) is integrated into the sole to lower the mass and position the CG for high-launching, forgiving results. The CTP aligns directly with the impact area, allowing for a lower CG and a high MOI, most noticeably in the mid-long irons (4-7), where the longer blade lengths promote distance, forgiveness and accuracy, while creating penetrating, controlled trajactories in the shorter irons. Support bars in the cavity stabilize the 17-4 stainless steel face to ensure a solid feel and exceptional distance control throughout the set.

A soft elastomer cavity badge further enhances sound and feel. The progressive sole widths provide higher-launching, more-forgiving long irons, and short irons with added playability and control.

The attractive new dark, non-glare matte finish eliminates reflections and helps the golfer focus.

Ping Glide 2.0 Golf Wedge

Get closer to the pin with the latest Ping Glide 2.0 Wedge. New sharper-edged grooves offer improved spin, while enhanced sole grinds and lead edges have been carefully crafted for exceptional surface interaction and versatilty from a variety of lies.
Ping's engineering team have developed a new milling process for the Glide 2.0 that delivers grooves with a sharper edge radius increasing interaction with the ball, creating more friction at impact for increased spin and trajectory control. They have also spaced the grooves closer together adding one additional groove to the lower-lofted options for increased spin and control on full shots, with two additional grooves added to the higher lofted models for more spin on chip and pitch shots. The soft, 431 stainless steel head of the Glide 2.0 Wedge is distinguishable by a new hydropearl chrome finish, providing a new level of performance by repelling moisture for reduced friction to prevent those dreaded fliers out the rough.
The Glide 2.0 Wedge comes in four sole grinds to ensure you get a club fit to your divot depth, attack angle and most common turf conditions. The SS (Standard Sole) Grind has an all-purpose mid-bounce sole with heel and trail edge relief to create versatility on feel shots around the green. It's ideal for moderate attack angles and divots so will fit the majority of golfers. The WS (Wide Sole) Grind's full-sole design provides turf security if you have a steep angle of attack. The TS (Thin Sole) Grind, a PING WRX-inspired design based on the Tour-proven half-moon grind, facilitates shot making and precision from even the most difficult lies. The heel relief allows shots to be executed with an open face to difficult pins or from firm lies without fear of the lead edge sitting too high. The ES (Eye Sole) Grind was inspired by our Eye 2 wedge and its sole design delivers the ultimate in bunker performance, resulting from the classic dish profile along with the tapered hosel. A refined lead edge upgrades all-around performance with the iconic ES grind.
Just like the original Glide wedge, the Glide 2.0 is engineered from grip to sole and features Ping's proprietary Dyla-Wedge grip, at 3/4" longer it encourages gripping down allowing you to be more creative and achieve better trajectory control on every shot, with reduced taper further enhancing shot making.
