Our 30 Day Performance Guarantee
Here at Snainton Golf we believe you should always be getting the most from your equipment. We are so confident you will experience improved performance from your purchase that if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it back to us within 30 days for a full credit.
What is the guarantee?
Our performance guarantee means you will have 30 days from the day you purchase your product to try and test the performance of the club. If during the 30 day period you feel the performance does not meet your expectations, then you can return it back for a full credit to spend on another club.
Are there any requirements?
To be eligible for the 30 Day Performance Guarantee, you'll need to:
• Be 18 years or older
• Guarantee only applies to full-price clubs
• Guarantee DOES NOT apply to 'limited edition' golf clubs
• Guarantee DOES NOT include any Custom Fit hardware
• Only one claim will be accepted per customer per product type, i.e. Each customer can only return one driver as part of the 30 Day Performance Guarantee within a 365 day period, however, they could use the service to purchase another club type (Fairway Wood/Hybrid/Irons/Wedges/Putter) within the same time period. Please note: Each claim has its own 365 day window.
• Customers are required to return the item at their own cost. We request you use our large parcel Returns service.
• The club must be returned to Snainton Golf in its original packaging, accompanied with any accessories (accompanying headcover, wrench and instruction booklet) that came with club purchase including any free gift(s)
• The club must be the original you purchased that matches the recorded serial number
• The club must be returned in good condition and not damaged, sky marked or modified in any way
• Snainton Golf will determine the condition of the return once received
• Snainton Golf reserves the right to refuse any claim for cases: a.) outside of normal 30-day wear and tear, b.) of Improper use and/or abuse of this service
• Successful claims will receive a store credit for the amount paid on the eligible product (less any discounts if applicable). Please note: Credit must be used at the time of returning the original purchase and can only be used against another club.
• This service is only eligible on products with the '30 Day Performance Guarantee' stated on the individual product page
How do I claim under the guarantee?
To make a claim within the 30 day period, you'll need to:
• Contact our Returns department so we can log your claim and allocate your new club
• Complete a Returns Form and enclose a copy of your original receipt in the parcel
• Return the club in in its original packaging, accompanied with any accessories (accompanying headcover, wrench and instruction booklet) that came with club purchase including any free gift(s)
Terms and conditions:
• Only one claim request will be accepted per person per product type and duplicate orders will be disqualified
• This promotion only relates to the club with a 30 Day Performance Guarantee and not any other products purchased
Successful claim:
• If you successfully meet all of the above criteria, we will process your claim and email you confirmation, your replacement club will then be dispatched.

Promotion available from 1st of March until 31st of May on any Srixon ZXi driver model: ZXi, ZXi LS and ZXi Max.

- 30-Day Trial Period
• You may try our product for 30 days from the purchase date or in-store delivery date in case of custom-built driver.
• If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it within this 30-day window for a full credit at the place of purchase. - Eligibility for Returns
• - To be eligible for a return, the product must be in very good, usable condition, including original headcover.
• Products showing customization, excessive wear or damage beyond normal use may be subject to refusal.
• We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please return the original place of purchase and place a new order. - Return Process for End Consumers
• Return the driver to the same store where you purchased it within 30 days of delivery if custom built or within 30 days if purchased in store. The original proof of payment (receipt) is mandatory.
• Once the driver has been checked and approved for return; the store will issue a credit for the value of the purchased driver. Please note that this 30-Day Trial Period is NOT a money back/ refund policy.
