To help you shop with confidence this Christmas, Snainton Golf offers extended returns for the festive period. You now have more time to get ahead with Christmas gifting and to return unwanted gifts in the New Year. All items ordered from the 1st November 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2024. Our standard Returns Policy Terms & Conditions apply.
Here at Snainton Golf, we endeavour to provide every customer with complete satisfaction on each and every order. However, should you wish to return an item for any reason, provided it falls within our returns policy guidelines, just follow our no-hassle returns procedure below.
Return by Royal Mail Tracked
For parcels up to 61 x 46 x 46cm (roughly a shoe box size or smaller), we encourage returns via our quick and easy Royal Mail tracked service.

• No printer? No problem. Show the Post Office your email label and they will take care of the rest
• Online tracking on all parcels
• Returns may take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us
• Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days, this extends during busy sale periods

Please note: This service is for smaller items only (excludes eletric trolley batteries, Royal Mail will not accept them). The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. It is a flat rate of £3.99 for both Post Office drop off & home collection service. If you would prefer to use an alternative method to return your item please ensure you use recorded delivery and add the relevant insurance to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
If you choose to return an item via the incorrect service Snainton Golf takes no responsibility for undelivered returns, and any disputes will be between you and the service provider.

Return by DPD UK Collection
For larger parcels exceeding the Royal Mail size guidelines above (i.e golf clubs, bags etc), we offer a safe, convenient and secure DPD collection service.
We now offer a DPD collection service for those needing to return larger items within the UK Mainland. This service has a flat rate of £12.99 and is the most convenient option if you require a fast return (our advised method for returning electric trolley batteries). Please note: During the above times our phone lines can be extremely busy, we appreciate your patience.
We kindly request that the returned item(s) be in the original packaging with all tags still attached and the exact condition as sold and received. Items must not show any signs of damage, have been worn and must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke) or pet hair. Returned items should be packaged securely before sending to avoid any damage in transit. Items received back in a non-resalable condition (including packaging) will be returned back and any refund/exchange will be refused.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items - In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is faulty or develops a fault (within the manufacturer's warranty period). If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please inform us immediately. The returns procedure will be exactly the same, however, it allows us to log the issue and arrange for the return fee to be waived. If your order is time-sensitive and you would like to speed up the process we recommend you place a new order and email [email protected] with your new order number. This will also allow us to provide a quicker delivery service so you receive your replacement item sooner. Your returning item should be returned to us following our guidelines stated above.
Please note - Faulty items may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer. In these cases, there may be a delay in issuing a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months we will repair or replace the product and refund any postage charges you may incur. After this six-month period expires all returns of faulty goods within warranty periods are to be returned at the customer's cost.
Incorrect Sizing - If you have ordered the wrong-sized item or your goods do not fit, we recommend you place a new order to ensure your replacement item is allocated for you. This will also allow us to provide a quicker delivery service so you receive your replacement item sooner. Your returning item should be returned to us following our guidelines stated above.
Unwanted Goods - The unwanted item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in exact condition as sold and received to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding courier costs within 30 days from the e-mail notification of your intention to cancel. See below for information relevant to custom fit clubs, MyJoy shoes and personalised items.
Custom Fit Clubs, MyJoy Shoes and all other Personalised Items
In the unlikely event, you order custom-fitted clubs and they are unwanted for any reason - we can cancel within a 24-hour period of placing the order but because of the bespoke nature of these items a 20% surcharge will apply.
Any custom fit, personalised or special ordered items that are not standard stock cannot be returned for credit note or refund under any circumstances (unless supplied as faulty) after the customer has taken delivery. It is the customers' responsibility to thoroughly check their order before placing it. Any item(s) received as a free-of-charge gift(s) must be returned back with the item(s) for refund.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of fast-moving products and stock availability, we are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. If you would like to replace your item with another, we recommend you place a new order to ensure stock is allocated for you. This will also allow us to provide a quicker delivery service so you receive your replacement item sooner.
Money Back Guarantee
All items have a 14-day contact money-back guarantee. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item, returns will be dealt with upon receipt unused in the manner it was delivered to you. This excludes custom-fitted clubs as they are bespoke to the purchaser's requirements.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us on 01723 850014 as soon as possible. However, as we endeavour to ship your order very quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel an order. If an item is cancelled whilst in transit, a £10 re-direction charge will be made for the return of the goods back to us without a receipt.
Electric trolley purchases for Overseas orders
Powakaddy and Motocaddy Warranty Information for Purchases outside of the UK and Eire.
Powakaddy and Motocaddy do not offer a Europe-wide Warranty on Trolleys purchased outside of the UK and Eire. These trolleys however may be repaired under warranty using the following guidelines.
In the unlikely event you experience a defect with your new Powakaddy or Motocaddy Trolley, Battery or Charger please read the following information.
Your Trolley may be repaired under warranty within the UK once the problem has been assessed and confirmed a warranty repair is applicable. It would be down to you at your cost to send the trolley back to us.
In the event a service engineer has deemed the fault does not fall under warranty, you will be liable for the cost to fix the issue. Snainton Golf will advise of these costs before confirming the repair can be carried out.
