EU SHIPPING UPDATE: The relationship between the UK and the EU has changed but we haven't!! You pay the price on our website and we do the rest. We pay your duties and VAT in your country for you, to make the delivery of your parcel as easy as it was before.

Here at Snainton Golf we use 2 trusted delivery services. For most UK and International orders we use our main courier service DPD. For smaller parcels we will use Royal Mail.

Our rates and delivery timscales are as follows:

COVID-19 Update (as of March 2020)

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis many services and processes may potentially be affected. In almost all cases couriers DO NOT currently require a SIGNATURE. If no one is at the address then the driver takes the responsibility to place the item in a secure location, ideally at the recipients request, take a photo and their GPS location is also tracked. We appreciate your patience and understanding in accepting these delivery conditions during these testing times.

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer than normal delivery time’s and have had to increase them to:

Standard UK - 5-6 working days - £2.99 (orders under £30) / FREE (orders over £30)

UK Next Business Day* - Next Working Day - £5.99 *Only applies to orders placed before 3pm. (Currently Unavailable)

EU Countries - 6 to 8 working days - £9.99 / FREE orders over £200

USA - £50 on all orders

You can, of course, collect any parcel(s) dispatched via DPD Local from any DPD Local depot for free!

Delivery Process + Terms and Conditions

When an item is dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email and if a valid mobile number is provided an SMS notification to let you know your order is in transit. If you receive this email after 4pm, an extra 24 hours is applicable to the expected delivery timescale. For those that provide a valid mobile number, you will also receive an SMS notification with a 1 hour delivery window if your order is being delivered via DPD. It is the consumer's responsibility to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. If delivery is refused or returned after THREE attempts it incurs a £6 resend charge AND £6 if returned back to us. To avoid this situation, please ensure the following:

  • An address where you or a designated person is most likely to be present is provided
  • Send us an email or add into the delivery information section at checkout any safe places you're parcel could be left in the event that nobody is present to receive delivery
  • Provide us with a valid email address and mobile phone number so you can receive updates as to the status and delivery time of your parcel

Please be understanding with us that this process is both reasonable and necessary. We feel that 3 attempts at delivery is a more than sufficient time period to be able to receive your order successfully.
