EU SHIPPING UPDATE: The relationship between the UK and the EU has changed but we haven't!! You pay the price on our website, and we do the rest. We pay your duties and VAT in your country for you, to make the delivery of your parcel as easy as it was before.
Here at Snainton Golf, we use 2 trusted delivery services. For most UK and International orders, we use our main courier service DPD. For smaller parcels, we will use Royal Mail.
Please note: We can only ship within the UK and EU.
Our rates and delivery timescales are as follows:
Standard (UK) - 2-3 working days - £4.99 (orders under £50) / FREE (orders over £50)
Next Business Day (UK Mainland) - Next Working Day - £5.99 - Only applies to orders placed before 3 pm (GMT) If placed after 3pm we will send the following day on a next day service. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Saturday (UK Mainland) - Saturday - £9.99 - Only applies to orders placed before 3 pm (GMT).
EU Countries - 6 to 8 working days - from £13.99 / FREE - orders from £200 (prices vary depending on location)

You can, of course, collect any parcel(s) dispatched via DPD Local from any DPD Local depot for free!

Delivery Process + Terms and Conditions
When an item is dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email and if a valid mobile number is provided an SMS notification to let you know your order is in transit. If you receive this email after 4 pm, an extra 24 hours is applicable to the expected delivery timescale. For those that provide a valid mobile number, you will also receive an SMS notification with a 1-hour delivery window if your order is being delivered via DPD. Our services, prices and shipping times are detailed above:
It is the consumer's responsibility to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in a reasonable time. If delivery is refused or returned after THREE attempts, it incurs a £6 resend charge AND £6 if returned back to us. To avoid this situation, please ensure the following:
- An address where you or a designated person is most likely to be present is provided
- Provide us with a valid email address and mobile phone number so you can receive updates as to the status and delivery time of your parcel
- Alternative delivery options are available via our courier services, such as leaving in a safe place or the use of drop off shops.*
*Please Note: In cases of nominating a safe place should you not be present at your given delivery address at the given delivery time, Snainton Golf shall accept no responsibility for any loss of parcel(s) or packages. Please see DPD terms and conditions regarding this.
Custom Fitted Clubs
COVID-19 Update (as of June 2021)
UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high demand in custom fit clubs many manufacturers are working through an ever-increasing backlog of orders, as such, we are now stating an average of 3 - 4 WORKING WEEKS on custom fit clubs, however, this is subject to weekly change as per manufacturer. Below are our most up to date lead times, however, once we place your order with the manufacturer, we will update you with a more accurate ETA.

Cleveland: 2 Working Weeks
Cobra: 2 Working Weeks
Mizuno: 3 - 4 Working Weeks
Ping: 3 - 4Working Days
Srixon: 2 Working Weeks
TaylorMade: 1 Working Week
Titleist: 2 Working Weeks
Wilson: 2 Working Weeks
Yonex: 2 Working Weeks
PLEASE NOTE: These dates only apply to 'In Stock' components as many of the manufacturers are running low on certain shafts, heads & grips.
If you have placed an order for custom-fitted clubs then your clubs have been ordered and are in the process of being built by the manufacturer. Please note that there will be a wait on the custom-fitted club(s) - usually 2 WORKING WEEKS for delivery to us - then postage time onto you. Again, as soon as we get them - you will receive an email once they have left us. DPD will deliver the next working day once we receive it. (UK mainland orders only).
Personalised Golf Balls
If you have ordered personalised golf balls, then we will need to order them from the supplier with your chosen text. Please note that there will be a wait on this process which is stated in the product description section on the website. As soon as we get them - you will receive a dispatch email once they have left us. The delivery service will be determined by your location, we use either Royal Mail or DPD.
All International orders will be dispatched using DPD and can take between 2 and 5 days depending on which European country we are delivering to.
