On Tour Today!

Titleist GT drivers and fairways arrive on Tour today. Performance validation by the best players continues to play a crucial role in Titleist’s commitment to delivering unmatched innovation, performance, and quality excellence to golfers at every level.

The launch of the GT2, GT3 and GT4 driver models and GT fairway woods is much anticipated due to the extreme success of the TSR range as well as the TSI. Whether Titleist produces another range that matches the ascending pattern of always improving is yet to be seen, but we’re all excited to find out.

It looks all set to follow a similar pattern of the TSR range with the GT2 having a larger profile than the others in the lineup, while the GT3 driver looks have some adjustability as the TSR3 had. And of course the GT4 is the low spin option for longer, penetrating ball flights that the better players desire.

At closer inspection of the images provided by Titleist on their soft launch of the GT2 we’ve noticed the large weight port at the back of the head nicely packed away be a neat new cover for a sleek finish. Like its predecessor, the GT3 appears to have a weighting system in the sole with 5 locations to effectively dial in your ball flight.

The likes of Ludvig Aberg, Max Hom, Jordan Speith, Justin Thomas and the newly crowned Canadian Open Champion Robert MacIntyre all game Titleist Woods making them the most popular on tour. But, who will be the first to game  GT driver on the PGA Tour? Only time will tell...
