PowaKaddy FX7 GPS Review

PowaKaddy’s FX7 GPS is the most premium trolley they produce. They have referred to the FX7 as their most technologically advanced range of trolleys ever. But what makes the FX7 so special?

The FX7 GPS is all about giving the keenest golfers everything they could wish for… and more. It comes fully integrated with a high-performance GPS device preloaded with over 40,000 golf courses worldwide with no extra fees or subscriptions. It has a highly luxurious 3.5” OCA high visibility, full-colour LCD touchscreen display to deliver highly accurate and instant front, middle and back distances to the green. The display also exhibits hazards and nature on the course, allowing you to accurately plot your way around the course.

PowaKaddy’s major chassis redesign in 2020 features the 1-click folding system while managing to fold 20% smaller than the previous models. This makes it extremely useful for people who have smaller boot spaces as it means that less space is needed to transport your golf equipment.

The charging system is made simple with the addition of the green light on top of the battery to represent when the charge is complete, something other models did not have.

One downfall to the FX7 is that the front is not directly attached to the main chassis, you must attach that manually. This is no tough task but does add unnecessary time constraints. Saying that once attached it is at the discretion of the owner whether they chose to remove the wheel when storing or not. Once put together you are one click away from being on the first tee, simply select play golf and select the golf course you are playing and that is it.
