Even with increased swing speeds, the head design maintains low spin and a penetrating trajectory. The P790 UDI is built for golfers who want control without sacrificing distance.
The head is thinner by up to 37.5% in crucial spots thanks to a new 8620 carbon steel structure, allowing for a much lower CG placement. With a responsive 1.5mm forged 4140 steel L-Face, this innovative thin-walled design promotes ultimate flexibility, rapid ball speeds, and distance while maintaining a premium forged feel.
On low face strikes, the Thru-Slot Speed Pocket increases face flexibility while maintaining ball speed and distance.
Engineers devised innovative design techniques to thin the body, allowing for the placement of 22 grammes of tungsten in the toe. It provides a tremendous level of stability and forgiveness in a player-friendly package.
