Forged from the DNA of a beast, the TaylorMadeP770 Irons punch way above their weight class. TM's engineers have taken everything that makes the P790 such a powerhouse of aclub and put it into the more compact players shape of the P770.Pound for pound, nothing hits harder. This stunning update to the range hasno problem keeping up with the heavy hitters, delivering explosive power and distance.

Crafted to suit the eye of the better player the P770 combines a compact players shapein a forged hollow body construction. A thinner topline, narrower sole and shorter blade length separate it from its more aggressive sibling the P790.The smaller construction looks to inspire confidence at address, while also promotingenhanced workability and control.

The forged hollow body design of the P770 is constructed of 8620 soft carbon steel with a thin wrap around forged4140 steelface to promote fast ball speeds. Also, within the face is TM's Progressive Inverted Cone Technology,which is now uniquely positioned in each P770 iron to both increase the sweet spot andminimise the effects of common mis-hits.

As with many of the P Series irons from TaylorMade the P770 also featuresSpeedFoam technology. This ultra-light urethane foam injected inside the head is engineered topush the design limits of face speed while simultaneously improving feel. In addtionTM's patented Thru-Slot Speed Pocket (3-7 iron) is utilisedfor increased ballspeed and distance while protecting performance on shots hit low on the face.
