Product Details

Breakthrough technology, powerful ball speeds, ultimate straight distance - Taylormade's all-new M5 Titanium Fairway Woods pack the revolutionary Twist Face technology into a fairway for the first time ever, designed to offer needle-like precision and accuracy from both the tee and the fairway in a compact better players shape.

Previously thought impossible, Taylormade's scientists and technicians have once again defied physics, engineering the ultra-successful Twist Face technology into the face of the new M5 Fairway. This game-changing innovation is designed to deliver corrective face angles on off centre strikes, offering less loft and a slightly closed clubface in the heel area to prevent those high spinny fades, while the toe section actually offers more loft with a slightly open clubface to help minimise the low hook shot. This gives players extra forgiveness in the areas they need it most, to help keep those poor shots in play, inspiring confidence from both the tee and the fairway. M5 Titanium is crafted from superior materials compared to both its competitors and its predecessors for enhanced aerodynamic performance. The crown now features an ultralight 6 layer carbon fibre composition which sits directly behind the familiar light grey front section, designed to redistribute and save weight for insane clubhead speed with an improved CG location. This head also provides a refined, sleek and dynamic look at address with its slightly more compact shape to suit the eye of the better player. Combined with this is the ultra-thin titanium face which has been developed to offer both more explosive ball speeds at impact compared to stainless steel as well as an improved sound and feel, for unmatched firepower from the tee or going into the green on a par 5. Next generation adjustability now features within the head of M5, allowing golfers to fine tune their launch, spin and trajectory characteristics. A newly introduced 65g stainless steel weight (contributing to just less than 30% of the overall head weight) now dominates much of the sole. This weight offers a much greater range of shot shaping variety from draws to fades, whilst its seamless contouring promotes much smoother turf interaction for extreme clubhead speeds even from the fairway and rough. Working alongside the more streamlined 12 position loft sleeve, allowing for +/- 2 of loft alteration, players can now dial in their M5 Titanium Fairway to devastating effect, unlocking game-changing performance in the long game sector. Fitted with the ultra-premium Mitsubishi Tensei CK Orange shaft as standard, designed to offer more penetrating mid-low launching trajectories with low spin, the M5 Titanium Fairway is simply built for precision wrapped power.
